Electronics Development Lead

Job Description:

The Electronics Development Lead will oversee the development of state-of-the-art electronics and electrical modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to conceptualize, design, test, and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the EE & Control R&D team in designing and developing advanced electronics and electrical modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Optimize and develop the R&D team structure, capabilities, and individual talents

Requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is required. Proven experience in electronics board design, FPGA, and electrical assemblies design (low and high power) is necessary. Familiarity with advanced control systems and excellent leadership skills are also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Experience in developing advanced control systems and multi-disciplinary system-level development
  • Strong knowledge of emerging trends in electronics and electrical engineering
