Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

This role involves participating in the design for manufacturability (DfM) process to ensure that products can be manufactured efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing product testing methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
  • At least 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or transfer to production
  • Strong understanding of bill of material (BOM) management, product configuration, and documentation control
  • Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Enovia – Advantage)
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings review
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
