
Channel Development Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Channel Development Specialist to expand our partner network across key European markets. This role involves proactive outreach and engagement with professional service providers, such as accountants and financial consultants.
As a Channel Development Specialist, you'll work closely with our PR, content, and campaign teams to drive meaningful conversations and relationships with potential partners. Your goal is to turn passive contacts into active referrers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential partners via email and LinkedIn
- Qualify and engage partner prospects through intro calls
- Present the FX360 Partner Model, explaining the opportunity, earning potential, and process
- Coordinate partner onboarding with internal teams
- Follow up, build trust, and convert passive contacts into active referrers
- Proven experience in B2B sales, channel development, or strategic partnerships
- Ability to conduct business conversations with finance professionals
- Fluency in English; additional languages like Polish, German, or Dutch are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Capability to manage multiple leads at various stages of the funnel
- Experience in fintech, accounting tech, or financial services
- Background in partner programs, referral models, or similar frameworks
- Established B2B networks, locally or internationally
This is not a classic sales role. Success is measured by activated, revenue-generating partners, not just lead volume.
