Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and budgeting processes across various business units, while monitoring budget versus actual performance.

You will play a critical role in evaluating business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and assessing the financial impact of proposed initiatives. Your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis will be essential in providing recommendations to management and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion is an advantage.
