Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and management of network infrastructure, participating in international projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of networking fundamentals, routing protocols, and network topologies. Experience with Cisco devices and Linux systems is highly desirable.

  • Provide technical support for users worldwide
  • Troubleshoot network issues, implement configuration changes, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades
  • Work with Cisco equipment – switches, routers, and wireless systems (enterprise and data center environments)
  • Develop and implement automation processes for network operations
  • Collaborate with global IT and facilities teams on projects and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate network documentation and asset inventory
  • Monitor network performance and generate insights and reports based on key metrics
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (CCNA/CCNP level)
  • Excellent knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP
  • High level of understanding network topologies and architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco's network devices – switches, routers and wireless (both enterprise and data center)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with positive attitude and good collaboration skills
  • Customer-facing approach
  • Ability to execute projects with thoroughness and rigor and deliver them on-time
  • Passionate and eager to learn (and self-learn)
  • Mobile and able to travel for remote sites when required
