We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

This role plays a critical part in enabling our delivery organization to operate efficiently, ensuring that both internal and customer-facing teams are well-supported, aligned, and able to focus on delivering value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
  • Assist the Delivery team with internal processes and tools (such as Salesforce and other system-related needs)
  • Coordinate internal and external scheduling for technical teams
  • Manage team calendars and ensure efficient time allocation
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a global high-tech company
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) – an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
