Role Overview

This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a Building Maintenance professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing buildings, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • ">
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and replacing fixtures and equipment">
  • Assisting with the setup and teardown of events and meetings">
  • Installing and repairing modular workstations and office setups">
  • Installing interior artwork and other decorative elements">
  • Collaborating with other Facilities teams as needed to ensure seamless operations">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

">
  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent">
  • At least 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry">
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools">
  • An understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens">
  • The ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs">
