
Strategic Client Partnership Executive

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Professional to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's long-term success.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in relationship management, sales or account management, with a minimum of 2 years in the payment or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on client needs and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and open communication.
- Develop deep understanding of client needs, creating tailored plans and recommendations to support their growth and development.
- Identify key staff within client companies to cultivate profitable relationships, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives, ensuring high standards in sales, supply and customer service processes.
- Maintain an assigned portfolio of clients, working closely with internal teams to influence new product developments based on customer needs.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, sales or account management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the payment or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
