Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless production planning and execution.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and propose alternatives to mitigate risks.
  • Manage MRP releases and Bill of Materials (BOM) effectively, including NPI and ECO.
  • Resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
  • Optimize inventory levels by determining policies, analyzing trends, conducting ENND simulations, assessing material utilization, and performing physical counts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Management Engineering or equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in multidisciplinary planning, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language - writing, speaking, and reading.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with advanced BI tools.
  • Capacity to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Independent, assertive, and innovative problem-solver.
