Procurement and Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, procurement, and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring payments to vessel owners, as well as maintaining financial records and accounts reconciliation.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Manage chartering payments and accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the payment process for HO suppliers and administration expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for equipment expenses and balances, analyzing variances and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience in a related field, preferably with a team of bookkeepers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with adequate English proficiency.
