  • Maintaining automatic invoices
  • Recording non-automatic invoices
  • Correspondence with vendors
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Verifying and approving supplier invoices

Ongoing Financial Issues

  • Digitizing vendor contracts
  • Updating vendor tariffs
  • Entering performance journal entries
  • Managing ZIMAPS
Requirements
  • Type 3 Certified Bookkeeper - mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration - advantageous
  • 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper - advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel - essential
  • Working proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience with SAP system - advantageous
