Position Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions expert We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
