What You'll Do

Pre-Sales (Sales Engineering)

  • Partner with sales to run 
    discovery sessions, product demos, and PoCs
    .
  • Translate technical features into customer value and business outcomes.
  • Address technical objections and guide prospects through security validation.

Post-Sales (Customer Success)

  • Own the 
    onboarding and technical implementation
     for new customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, security teams, and IT operations.
  • Deliver 
    training sessions, QBRs, and adoption workshops
    .
  • Ensure customers achieve value quickly and remain successful long-term.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to product and engineering.

Requirements

  • Customer-Facing Experience
    : 1–3 years in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer operations role.
  • Technical Acumen
    : Strong ability to grasp and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences; prior experience supporting sales calls from a technical perspective is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication
    : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in 
    perfect English
    , with proven experience leading customer conversations, organizing feedback sessions, and preparing accurate post-sales documentation.
  • Customer Advocacy Mindset
    : Demonstrated ability to capture, prioritize, and translate customer needs (e.g., feature requests) into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Process and Detail Orientation
    : Experience managing structured post-sales workflows, ensuring proper documentation, and aligning effectively across sales, product, and customer success functions.
  • Collaborative Skills
    : Strong track record of cross-functional teamwork, fostering alignment and delivering seamless customer experiences.
  • Preferred Background
    : Previous experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technical B2B environments is a strong advantage.
