Role Overview

We're looking for a strong, independent Sales Engineer to join our team and take full ownership of the technical sales process, from discovery and demos to PoCs and customer onboarding.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with a direct impact on revenue and customer success. You'll be working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, helping global clients understand how ULTRA RED's platform can reduce risk and improve MTTR.

As the company continues to grow, there will be a clear opportunity to grow into a management position, leading a global team of Sales Engineers in Israel and internationally.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (CTEM, EASM, VM, MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly independent, motivated, and comfortable working in
    a startup environment
  • Fluent in English
