International Sales Manager – Engineering Solutions for Road Construction & Infrastructure

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an
experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager
to take a key leadership role in driving our growth and impact worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire global sales operations, managing regional teams, distribution networks, and senior stakeholders.
  • Build strategic partnerships and open new international markets and distribution channels.
  • Drive complex, multi-stage sales processes while ensuring achievement of ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, operations, and business development teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven experience
    building and managing international sales teams – mandatory.
  • Background in companies offering
    engineering or technological solutions
    in infrastructure or large-scale engineering projects – a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading
    long, complex sales cycles
    with diverse global stakeholders.
  • A
    strong leader and motivator
    , highly target-driven with excellent strategic and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of conducting high-level negotiations and closing complex international deals.
  • Fluent English – mandatory; additional languages – an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis – mandatory.
