Territory Manager – Civil Engineering Solutions
We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to lead business development and sales activities in Israel and selected international markets. Join a growing company that develops and delivers engineering and technological solutions for the road construction and infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and manage local sales teams abroad; lead and support regional partners and agents across multiple countries. Drive performance to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Manage strategic customer accounts and lead long-term, complex sales cycles.
· Develop new and existing markets and execute a multi-country business and sales strategy.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention of strategic clients to create repeat business opportunities.
· Work closely with internal multidisciplinary teams (engineering, logistics, operations) to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.
· Provide hands-on commercial guidance, manage distributors, and support deal progression from start to close.
Requirements:
· Proven experience establishing and managing local sales teams in international markets –

· Civil engineering background –
mandatory
; infrastructure project management experience – strong advantage
· International work experience –
mandatory
· Experience managing distributors – strong advantage
· Direct experience managing business opportunities –
mandatory
· Strong presentation, persuasion, and technical communication skills
· Ability to build trust and lead teams to high performance
Additional Requirements:
· Full professional proficiency in English + native Hebrew –

· Familiarity with CRM systems
· Willingness to travel frequently (30–50% international travel)
