B2B Sales Manager – Enterprise Clients | IT Solutions
We are looking for an experienced
B2B Sales Manager
to lead sales for
enterprise clients
, build strategic partnerships, and drive
revenue growth in the IT sector
. This is a unique opportunity to join a mature yet dynamic team, make a real business impact, and work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales of the company's products to new and existing enterprise clients
 - Develop and manage sales channels and strategic business partnerships
 - Initiate and lead sales promotion activities
 - Build accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve sales targets
 - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
 - Maintain and strengthen relationships with IT decision-makers in large organizations
 
Requirements
 Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience at C-level –
mandatory
 Strong track record in software sales –
mandatory
 Professional background in technology companies –
mandatory
 High-level English proficiency –
mandatory
Experience in large/global organizations, preferably publicly traded – strong advantage
Experience working with enterprise clients – strong advantage
Background in document management solutions – advantage
Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Fast learner, creative, assertive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Details
- Location: Tel Aviv (hybrid flexibility available, but the team enjoys working mostly from the office together)
 
Salary - 20K ILS base + commissions
- Preferred profile: A stable and well-balanced professional with long-term career consistency. Someone who understands client pain points, can deep-dive into details, but also executes efficiently and closes processes without delays.
