We are seeking a
Sales Manager
to join our sales team and lead business growth in international markets.
The role involves end-to-end responsibility for managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales processes from first contact to deal closure.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients and commercial partners worldwide
 - Identify and drive new business opportunities and channels
 - Lead sales processes from first contact to deal closure
 - Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations to clients
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
 
Requirements – Must Have:
- 10+ years of international sales experience
 - Proven experience in
international sales within the defense industry
(strong advantage: experience in RF and communications sectors) - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
– mandatory - Proven track record managing global client accounts
 - Willingness to travel frequently abroad
