Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with IT products, computer hardware, and network solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the IT industry and a strong network of industry contacts is a plus
