We are recruiting on behalf of a
global HR Tech company
that develops an AI-driven employee development platform. The solution offers personalized upskilling through 1:1 coaching, mentoring, workshops, and group learning - with measurable impact on business KPIs.

Role Overview:

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes with international organizations.
  • Identify business needs and tailor relevant solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, demos, negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client alignment.

Requirements:

  • Native level English - a must
    .
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
    in a tech / SaaS environment.
  • Strong sales orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advantage: background in HR solutions.
  • Advantage: SaaS sales experience.
