Vascular Graft Solutions (VGS) based in Tel Aviv, develops and commercializes innovative technologies for cardiac surgery. Our flagship product,
VEST
, is a first-in-class implant that addresses the biggest unmet clinical need in bypass surgery – vein graft failure. VEST provides vein grafts with artery-like bio-mechanical properties, extending their longevity and improving patient clinical outcomes. What will you do?

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with surgeons, hospital decision-makers, distributors, and KOLs to drive adoption in existing and new centers.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within existing hospitals and territories to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Strategically target new centers and regions, driving adoption and awareness.
  • Represent VGS at conferences, workshops, and surgeon training programs to showcase products and increase visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and optimize results.

What you bring to the table

Experience & Background:

  • 5+ years of proven success driving
    sales growth
    in international medical device markets, ideally in cardiovascular or surgical devices.
  • Strong track record in managing global sales and distribution, closing deals, and developing high-performing partnerships – must.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
    and drive adoption in existing and new markets – must.
  • Skilled in
    building and maintaining relationships
    with surgeons, hospital decision-makers, distributors, and KOLs.
  • Hands-on
    experience working alongside surgeons and clinical teams in the OR, training and mentoring them to effectively use medical devices and maximize adoption – must.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required, 50% or more of the time – must.
