SuperCom is seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our executive team as
VP of International Sales
. This role requires a results-driven executive with a proven ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Reporting directly to the COO, you will oversee SuperCom's global sales operations outside of the Americas, leading and scaling our sales teams across two key business units:
IoT
and
e-Government
.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's sales strategy to drive growth and market expansion in EMEA & APAC.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales organization, fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy, business development initiatives, and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience with complex technology solutions, preferably in government / public sector markets.
  • Proven success in B2G sales and navigating public procurement processes in Europe.
  • Strong track record of direct quota-carrying sales, closing large, complex deals.
  • Exposure to or experience with leading sales teams and/or mentoring peers – prior direct management preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with both direct sales and partner/channel models.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; English fluency required.
  • Background with hardware + software solutions or public safety technologies – Advantage.
