Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager
 to be in a
leading position
in the business development and sales expansion in the U.S. market, as part of the USA sales team.

This is a senior, hands-on position for a motivated and strategic sales leader with experience in the energy, EV infrastructure, or SaaS sectors.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the U.S. sales strategy, building relationships with major customers and partners, and driving large-scale deals with utilities, energy developers, municipalities, and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Brightmerge's sales and go-to-market strategy in the U.S. with the sales team.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in the energy and EV infrastructure markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Build strategic partnerships with integrators, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value.
  • Deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within energy, clean tech, EV charging, or SaaS.
  • Strong technical and business understanding of distributed energy, grid, or IoT systems — a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new market channels and close complex, enterprise-level deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native-level English; additional languages a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or engineering degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S.
