to take full ownership of our
PPC operation as an independent business unit

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage a full PPC business unit – strategy, P&L responsibility, and growth.
  • Manage and empower a high-performing PPC team – foster a winning culture and drive performance excellence.
  • Implement and optimize business processes using
    AI tools and cutting-edge technologies
    to gain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and nurture
    SMB client partnerships
    – driving performance, growth, and tangible business results
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize value and results.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing a business unit or team, with direct
    P&L responsibility
    .
  • Strong background in PPC and digital advertising, preferably from an agency environment.
  • Passion for
    AI and innovation
    , with the ability to turn technology into daily business impact.
  • Leadership skills – the ability to inspire, develop, and elevate people.
