Launched in mid-2021, we've seen massive growth in the last 6 months as we rapidly replace the age-old traditional management companies with our end-to-end innovative operating system that improves building health and residential life.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Focus: Lead the transition for new buildings joining Daisy, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of all steps.
  • Serve as the main contact for board members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication during transitions.
  • Collaborate with other departments in Daisy to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Take ownership of projects, driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and address underperformance and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business operations \ project management \ Implementation Manager \ General Operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • NYC Office - Onsite
  • Proven ability to manage recurring processes with high motivation and resilience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
  • High reliability and accountability.
  • Comfortable making calls and engaging with customers.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify paths forward, and identify areas needing development.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Salary Range

$65,000-$70,000
