Location
: Petah Tikva + Ramat Gan


Full-time
| Sunday–Thursday | 08:00–17:00

What will you do?

Receive service requests from customers and log them into the system

Track service calls through closure and billing

Enter customer orders and service contracts, and manage ongoing follow-up

Generate invoices and upload them to customer portals

Work closely with service engineers and internal teams

Requirements:


Availability for a maternity leave replacement period – mandatory

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office –
mandatory

Good level of English (written and spoken) –
mandatory

Previous experience in administration or back office –
Advantage

Familiarity with
Priority ERP
– a plus

Strong work ethic, motivation to learn, service-oriented mindset

Organized, responsible, team player, and eager to grow professionally
