Description
Position Summary
As the Game economy manager of 88 Fortunes, you will be responsible for setting the experience and incentive of our players – from the numbers' side. You will be controlling the Level Progression, Bonuses, rewards and Feature configurations.

Using economic and behavioral insights, mathematical models, simulations, data analysis and A/B testing – you will be making the game more fun and increase engagement and monetization in the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product & Monetization teams in defining the economy of new and existing game features as to set healthy incentives and keep the game economy balanced.
  • Optimize features configurations using data analysis and A/B testing and fine tune.
  • Design the structure and parameters you will use to control and configure features and overall Game Economy.
  • Create configurations for new features, live-ops challenges, in-app-purchase offers, bonus plans and more.
  • Find useful players' segmentations for optimizing different KPIs.
  • Balance engagement aspects of user experience with revenue increasing strategies.
  • Monitor important in-game economic KPIs and maintain a balanced economy.

Requirements

  • Passion for gaming.
  • A skill for modeling complex structures.
  • Knowledge in statistics and probability theory.
  • Excellent control with Excel - a must
  • Good control with SQL - a- advantage.
  • Experience in data analysis – advantage.
  • R or Python language skills – advantage.
  • Experience in F2P online / mobile gaming – big advantage.
