התפקיד כולח: מנוסה להובלת מוקד התמיכה הפנים הארגוני, המשלב תפעול שוטף, ניהול צוות מקצועי, שיפור מתמיד של רמת השירות וחדשנות בתהליכי התמיכה. מדובר בתפקיד מרכזי בארגון עם אחריות ישירה על חוויית המשתמשים וזמינות המערכות. תחומי אחריות ניהול ותפעול שוטף של מוקד התמיכה, כולל תיעדוף פניות, בקרה על SLA ותיעוד במערכת הקריאות. גיוס, הכשרה, ניהול והנעת צוות אנשי Help Deskכולל משובים, סידורי עבודה וכוננויות.

הפקת דוחות תקופתיים (יומיים, שבועיים, חודשיים) וניתוח מגמות לשיפור מתמיד. שיפור תהליכים, יישום אוטומציות, ניהול זיכרון ארגוני והטמעת כלי Self-Service. ניהול אסקלציות מקצועיות וניהוליות מול דרגי טיפול שונים. עבודה צמודה עם ממשקי IT , אבטחת מידע ותשתיות, לרבות דיווח להנהלה.

ניהול ספקים חיצוניים ושירותים נלווים. ניסיון של 3–5 שנים בניהול מוקד Help Desk / צוות תמיכה טכנית (500+ משתמשי קצה) - חובה שליטה במערכות לניהול קריאות ServiceNow / SysAid / ManageEngine - חובה ידע טכני במערכות Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, רשתות תקשורת קוויות ו Wi-Fi - חובה ניסיון בהפקת דוחות SLA ובקרות שירות. יכולות ניהול והובלת צוות, מתן משוב והנעת עובדים.
