השכלה רלוונטית /MCITP/MCSE) טכנאי (PC - יתרון. ידע וניסיון בתמיכה במוצר ,Microsoft (Windows, Office) מערכות הפעלה, ציוד קצה, ותמיכה בתוכנות פנים ארגוניות. יכולת תכנון וארגון גבוהה, חשיבה מערכתית, יכולת ניהול זמן ועבודה על מספר משימות במקביל, שירותיות ויחסי אנוש.
