We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager for the growing lethality business line at our Natanya site.

Responsibilities
Lead marketing campaigns and business development initiatives in target countries abroad.

Expand business influence while establishing a product roadmap and promoting existing programs.

Collaborate with cross-company interfaces, including subsidiaries.

Manage relationships with international business partners.

Requirements
Relevant engineering degree.

At least 5 years of experience leading engineering/marketing processes, with emphasis on product and system development and maturation.

Experience in UAVs / lethality / missile systems – an advantage.

Proven experience working with cross-functional interfaces.

High-level English proficiency.

Willingness to travel abroad.
