We are expanding our business development team and looking for a proactive, ambitious, and strategic individual who understands the mobile app ecosystem and can build meaningful partnerships that drive revenue.
Role Overview
As a
Business Development Manager
at RmediaAds, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with advertisers and partners, and driving revenue growth across key markets. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with our account management, marketing, and product teams to deliver client success and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, agencies, and app developers to expand RmediaAds' client portfolio.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships within the mobile ecosystem (UA teams, media buyers, networks, DSPs, affiliates).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Create compelling proposals and negotiate commercial terms with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Attend virtual meetings, industry webinars, and remote conferences to stay updated on digital marketing and mobile app trends.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve product offerings and strategic positioning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within digital marketing, mobile advertising, or app performance marketing. - Strong understanding of the
mobile app ecosystem
(UA channels, attribution tools, ad networks, CPI/CPA/CPM models, retention metrics, SDK basics, etc.). - Proven track record of building and managing revenue-generating relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign or market data.
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
