We are looking for a
Business Unit General Manager
to lead and own the business success across our platform. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a dynamic, data-driven environment where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution.

As
Business Unit General Manager
, you will oversee all revenue-driving activities, ensure deals progress without friction, and align cross-functional team leads toward growth and performance. You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape the company's commercial strategy, optimize monetization, and drive sustainable profitability across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the business performance across all platform teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Drive revenue growth and oversee monetization strategies across products and partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth deal progression, proactively identifying and removing obstacles.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that connect strategic vision with operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team leads to optimize performance and deliver on business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the platform's reach.
  • Represent the business in executive discussions, ensuring commercial targets are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Unit General Manager
    ,
    Business Director
    in a tech or platform-based company.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of monetization models and growth levers.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, scaling operations, and delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to align and inspire cross-functional team leads.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments - an advantage.
