Responsibilities
  • Manage Israeli end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling employee compensation
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and ensuring timely salary payments
  • Stay updated and act according to the changes that are in the law
  • Ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations
  • Processing new hires, terminations, promotions and other employee status changes in the payroll system, to ensure accuracy
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain, develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Working in collaboration with other functions in the company to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing

Requirements
  • Certified Israel Payroll Controller
  • Up to 3 years of experience in local payroll processes
  • Experience of working with payroll institutions and insurance agents
  • Experience as a bookkeeper (Level 2)
  • Experience with Priority
  • High level communication skills in English – written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Can-do positive approach
  • Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independently
