Role Description


• Coordinate quality inspection processes and implement quality procedures.


• Responsible for validating work procedures and ensuring compliance with quality standards to guarantee product quality.


• Handle nonconforming products and monitor internal and external corrective actions.


• Conduct internal audits within the factory units.


• Responsible for managing customer complaints.


• Prepare the factory for external audits and obtaining quality certifications.

Qualifications


• Experience in a cosmetics manufacturing plant –
mandatory


• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Industrial Engineering and Management, Quality Assurance, or a B.Sc. in Life Sciences –
advantage


• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance


• High level of English – written and verbal


• Strong learning ability, independence, initiative, responsibility, accuracy, thoroughness, and proactivity


• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, service-oriented, able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment


• Systemic thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
