מטרת התפקיד: ריכוז, פיקוח ואופטימיזציה של כלל תהליכי התפעול הכספי בארגון, במטרה להבטיח יעילות, איכות, עמידה ביעדים ויישום האסטרטגיה העסקית של החברה בפועל.

במסגרת התפקיד:


• ניהול שוטף של מערך התפעול – אחריות על תכנון, תיאום ובקרה של כלל הפעילויות התפעוליות, לרבות, כספים גביה , ניהול רכש , ניהול משרד ועוד...


• הקמה וניהול של מודול בSAP.


• ניהול הנתונים – הפקת חשבוניות והעברה לגביה , ובקרה על הנתונים.


• ייעול תהליכים – איתור צווארי בקבוק, הובלת תהליכי שיפור, בניית נהלים ויישום שיטות עבודה מתקדמות לשיפור ביצועים.


• תכנון ובקרה – בניית תוכניות עבודה שנתיות ורבעוניות, הצבת יעדים מדידים ומעקב אחר ביצועם.


• עבודה מול ממשקים פנים-ארגוניים וחוץ-ארגוניים – שיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות כגון כספים, שיווק, מכירות ומשאבי אנוש, וכן ספקים וגורמים חיצוניים.

דרישות
:


• השכלה אקדמית רלוונטית – מהנדס/הנדסאי תעשייה וניהול עם התמחות במערכות מידע, מנהל עסקים, רכש , כספים או תחום מקביל.


• ניסיון בהובלת ,תהליכים מורכבים כשנה לפחות- חובה.


• יכולת תכנון, ניתוח והסקת מסקנות עסקיות.


• שליטה גבוהה בכלי Office ובמערכות ERP / CRM.


• הכרות עם מערכת SAP - יתרון


• ראייה מערכתית, גישה שירותית ויכולת קבלת החלטות מהירה בסביבה דינמית.
