THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager to join our team. If you're a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a smooth and positive work environment, this role is for you.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, brings positive energy, and enjoys being at the heart of company operations.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Matam, Haifa.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

  • Own and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Be the go-to person for employees' day-to-day needs, from IT coordination to office supplies and facilities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers – from purchasing equipment and supplies to overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and catering.
  • Support the onboarding and off-boarding of employees, handling everything from contracts and payroll forms to laptops and access cards.
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll providers to ensure accurate salary inputs, benefits, and social rights.
  • Handle invoice collection and payments, working closely with accounting.
  • Organize company travel (flights, hotels, cars, insurance) and assist with event logistics.
  • Oversee attendance reporting, meal card management, parking, and mail services.
  • Ensure a welcoming, professional environment for employees and visitors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience in Office Management or a related administrative role.
  • Full-time availability and flexibility when needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written – in both Hebrew and English.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and highly responsive with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with modern workplace tools (Office 365, Teams, HR/finance systems, etc.).
