About the Opportunity

We are looking for an
Operation Specialist
to join our growing team

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

It is a versatile operational position that includes mobility between ROOMS locations such as
Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, and Petah Tikva
, supporting the day-to-day operation of multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee cleaning operations, including managing cleaning staff and quality control.

Manage maintenance tasks, supervise the in-house handyman, and coordinate repairs.

Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.

Handle procurement and manage inventory needs for the space.

Manage in-house operational projects.

Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues raised by clients.

Manage operational needs for floor tenants (private office rentals).

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in operations.

Strong task completion skills and the ability to find creative solutions on the spot.

Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.

Professional performance under multitasking conditions.

Excellent communication skills.

High level of independence and leadership ability.

Working hours: 08:30-17:30
