We are a growing data infrastructure company based in Tel Aviv, whose platform helps data teams leverage unstructured data for BI, ML and GenAI applications. Our team of 20 works with enterprises in the US and in Israel.

We are looking for trail-blazers, who want to be part of building a market-defining company: determined, enthusiastic about data and AI, and fast-moving.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be a key technical liaison between the company and its customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and infrastructure, and with the backend and data science teams to architect,implement, and optimize our platform during pre - and post-sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer pain points and strategic initiatives to architect data solutions
  • Help the sales team design PoCs with prospecting customers
  • Provide technical guidance to customers during PoC, onboarding and usage
  • Help customize and optimize our pipelines and LLMs for customers' unique needs
  • Work closely with the backend and DS teams to improve the platform, based on learnings from the field
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate platform capabilities
  • Build playbooks and technical reference materials to help customers make the most out of the platform
  • Collect feedback and insights to inform future product development

The ideal candidate would have vast experience as a solution engineer in the data infrastructure space, as well as past experience as a data analyst.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant
  • Hands-on expertise with data engineering tools and technologies
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics and BI
  • Proficiency in PythonSQL, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders
  • The position requires a high level of English proficiency, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with LLMs
  • Background in data-intensive domains or working with a variety of data types
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using tools like Kubernetes
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
