We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process and hire top-notch candidates.
  • Proactive sourcing through research (such as LinkedIn, social networks, and similar platforms).
  • Managing and building an active candidate pipeline.
  • Thorough screening and initial review of resumes (CVs).
  • Conducting HR interviews.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Support HR projects defined by the department.
  • Requirements
  • Relevant academic degree.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including in-person interviews.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • High efficiency, goal orientation, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive approach and spirit.
  • High energy and collaborative team player.
  • Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
