Talent Acquisition Specialist | Part-Time or Full-Time Position

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our
global executive search firm
, supporting a wide range of
international recruiting projects
across multiple industries and seniority levels.

This role includes
targeted candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements
, as well as close collaboration with our
global recruitment team
. The position is suitable for both experienced recruiters
and motivated students
who want to build a career in global recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute global recruitment projects end-to-end
  • Conduct targeted candidate searches, screenings, and interviews
  • Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with our international recruitment team
  • Support recruitment operations and candidate engagement

Requirements

  • BA degree or current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field – mandatory
  • Recruitment experience (1+ years) – strong advantage, but
    students with no prior experience will be considered
  • Experience in tech recruitment – an advantage
  • Availability for
    part-time or full-time work
  • Minimum: at least 3 days per week, including morning hours – mandatory
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities
  • High level of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
