As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are looking for a driven, experienced and organized Office Operations Manager This role involves overseeing

the day-to-day operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills, this is your opportunity to take on a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:


• Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, including coordinating meetings, events, and maintaining office supplies. Ensure the office is organized, well-maintained, and equipped.


• Policy Development: Create and implement policies to enhance office efficiency and productivity.


• Employee Records: Handle employee records, benefits, payroll, and time-off requests.


• Budget Management: Oversee the office budget and expenses, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.


• Communication: Act as a liaison with senior management, providing status updates and suggesting improvements.


• Employee Experience: Manage company welfare, budget allocations, and organize events.


• Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.


• Performance Oversight: Supervise employee evaluation processes.


• Financial Administration: Monitor company bank accounts, issue invoices, and assist in preparing internal company reports.


• Collaboration: Support the payroll manager, bookkeeper and CPA.

Requirements:


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Effective communication skills in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
