We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Office & Employee Experience Manager
to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our global culture, creating an outstanding employee experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. You'll work closely with teams in Israel and the US to support our people, foster engagement, and build processes that keep a vibrant and inspiring place to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations: vendors, supplies, budgets, facilities, guest hosting.
  • Lead employee experience initiatives: company events, team-building activities, gifts, and wellbeing programs.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee journey.
  • Provide administrative support for the executive team, including scheduling and travel logistics.
  • Build and implement processes that support Vee's unique global culture.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams in Israel and the US.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Operations Manager in an 
    early-stage startup

  • Hands-on experience managing 
    global operations
    .
  • Strong English communication skills – written and verbal (must).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other modern tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented personality with strong multitasking abilities.
