We're looking for an
Office Manager & Executive Assistant
to join us and become the operational backbone of our team. This is a key role working directly with the CEO and leadership, supporting both the day-to-day execution and the strategic growth of the company.
This job requires availability on the PT timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get things done.
 - Drive operational projects large and small — from setting up new systems to rolling up your sleeves and tackling urgent tasks.
 - Build a culture of open-mindedness, collaboration.
 - Have a "no job is too big or too small" mindset.
 - Own and run day-to-day operational activities to make sure the company runs smoothly and efficiently.
 - Lead HR and operational initiatives, including onboarding and offboarding processes, handling invoices, benefit programs, operational logistics, administrative workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
 - Act as a trusted partner to the CEO — helping prioritize, follow through, and execute on key initiatives.
 - Manage scheduling, travel coordination, meetings, and communications across time zones.
 - Support investor and partner engagement, including research, follow-ups, and logistics.
 - Build and maintain internal operational processes (onboarding, admin, procurement, etc.) that scale as we grow.
 - Coordinate team events, office operations, and team logistics.
 - Provide hands-on support in cross-functional projects and act as the go-to person for getting things done.
 
Requirements:
- Native-level fluent in English and Hebrew.
 - Fast paced doer
 - Creative and resourceful that gets everything done
 - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and picking up on team signals to make things happen fast and smoothly.
 - Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail — you love order and clarity.
 - A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives things forward.
 - Comfortable multitasking, switching contexts, and working in a fast-paced environment.
 - A people person who thrives in collaborative teams.
 - Passion for climate, innovation, and building things from the ground up.
