Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and execute our B2B sales strategy for a fast-growing tech staffing company.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a minimum of 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in tech recruitment or HR services.
This role is focused on building new relationships, negotiating deals, conducting in-person meetings, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and handoff to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with mid-market and large enterprise clients.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Conduct initial discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and map client needs to our tech staffing solutions.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals while maintaining favorable margins and terms.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, both on-site and at client offices.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing, and post-sale handover.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery teams to align on value propositions and client success.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales success.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in tech recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR ser

ces is a strong advantage. - Familiarity with the tech staffing lifecycle and client-side hiring processes.
