We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow enrollment in our coding and technology training programs. In this role, you will engage with prospective students (or partners), understand their needs and goals, and guide them through the decision-making process — from first contact to successful registration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: inbound leads, outbound outreach, discovery calls, follow-ups, and closing.
  • Conduct qualification calls to understand candidate background, motivations, and fit for the course.
  • Present our programs, explain curriculum, career outcomes, and value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and student success teams to improve funnel conversion.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market trends.
  • Represent the brand with high professionalism and customer empathy.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in
    education, bootcamps, training programs, or B2C sales
    .
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills — both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting quotas.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable speaking about digital skills, coding, or career change journeys.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings if needed for prospect schedules).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ed-tech, online courses, or career-change programs.
  • Understanding of software development/coding fundamentals (no need to code).
  • Experience selling high-ticket products or long sales cycles.
