To lead our sales efforts, we're searching for a 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬-𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 with a 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡—someone eager to build a book of business, drive revenue growth, and make a real impact on our expansion to EMEA.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥

Tasks

Own the entire sales lifecycle – from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
Develop and execute strategic sales pitches to drive new business opportunities.
Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline, expanding Oraki's publisher network.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and key industry stakeholders.
Represent Oraki at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Provide market insights and feedback to leadership, shaping sales and expansion strategies.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in digital advertising – ideally with a publisher tech provider or direct publisher relationships.
A track record of exceeding sales targets and building revenue-generating relationships.
A self-starter with a hunter mentality – proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
Passion for networking, traveling, and attending industry events to drive business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills (English, both written and verbal).
Excellent organizational skills – ability to manage multiple deals and grow a pipeline effectively.
Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage).
A deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and publisher monetization landscape.
