About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced team. If you're passionate about understanding user behavior, optimizing marketing funnels, and scaling marketing operations, we want to hear from you

What will you do?

  • Build and manage smart marketing processes in HubSpot: campaigns, workflows, funnels, and segmentation.
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting key accounts with personalized outreach.
  • Create and maintain dashboards & reports that drive actionable insights.
  • Implement innovative tools to optimize conversion funnels across digital channels (webinars, chatbots, AI-driven engagement).
  • Align Marketing, Sales, and CS by designing smooth customer journeys.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to improve funnel efficiency, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Act as a proactive partner in the marketing team, bringing fresh ideas and leading impactful projects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing (must-have).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while working independently.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in a similar organization.
  • Native-level English.
  • Familiarity with web development.
  • Degree/MBA in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
