We are looking for Secretary to VP Marketing & Sales to join our team.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the VP's calendar, schedule, and preparation for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for projects, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate communication across departments and with external partners.
  • Assist with sales department processes, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Organize internal events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support internal and external communication, including social media and company updates.
  • Handle office administration and vendor coordination.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in a position with analytical and project management experience.
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in advertising on social media - is an advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP & BI systems – is an advantage
  • High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
  • Availability for extra hours when needed.
