With all trip components automatically linked, customers can relax and enjoy their holiday knowing that all the logistics are taken care of - alongside 24/7 customer service whilst they're away.

WeSki is an innovative, passionate and fast moving company - we partner with over 270 ski resorts (and counting) across 19 countries and have already sold over 100,000 ski holiday packages to skiers worldwide. We are in a rapid growth mode whilst maintaining profitability, making our business and product opportunities (and challenges) all the more exciting.

About the role:

We're looking for a sharp, analytical, and hands-on
Global Development Executive
to join our Global Development team at
WeSki
.

This role combines
data thinking, operational execution, and commercial awareness
— focused on improving conversion, revenue, and customer experience across our global ski resort portfolio.

You'll help ensure each destination on WeSki is complete, competitive, and attractive to skiers — by spotting what's missing, validating data, and coordinating with multiple teams to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain structured Ski Resorts Onboarding processes for new ski destinations, ensuring accurate and complete setup.
  • Review ski resort performance data to identify missing elements that affect resort competitiveness (e.g., flight routes, transfer options, hotel gaps, ski passes).
  • Work closely with Commercial Partnerships and Partnerships Development teams to add or adjust new partners and strengthen the overall package.
  • Monitor resort performance, highlight underperforming areas, and support actions to improve results.
  • Benchmark WeSki's offering against competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in data-driven roles within online travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environments — ideally focused on growth, operations, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret reports, identify gaps, and translate insights into concrete actions.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools such as Looker, Mixpanel, and Airtable (or similar). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Process-oriented: able to define, document, and continuously improve structured workflows for scalability and cross-team clarity.
  • Proficient in using AI tools, including GPTs, to build automations and process helpers, generate data insights and pattern summaries, and enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate freelancers and projects through Upwork or similar platforms, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
