We're looking for a
User Acquisition Lead

who thrives on numbers, understands performance media at a deep technical level, and knows how to turn budgets into profitable players  - not just installs.

Role Overview

The
User Acquisition Lead

owns Dividandy's paid acquisition engine. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms  - Meta, TikTok, Google (UAC/Search), and more  - with the singular goal of bringing in
high-quality players at profitable unit economics

.

Your job is not to "buy traffic." Your job is to
buy revenue

.

You own the budgets, the funnels, and the performance results.

You treat every dollar as an investment that must return profit.

You know when to scale, when to pause, and when to kill a campaign instantly.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Strategy & Ownership

  • Own performance user acquisition across
    Meta, TikTok, Google UAC & Search

, and future channels.
- Build and execute weekly and monthly media plans, allocating budgets with precision based on CAC, ROAS, and payback targets.
- Evaluate and expand into new geos, using regional benchmarks for CTR, CTI, CPM, CVR, and ROAS.

Execution & Optimization

  • Run continuous A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, creatives, hooks, and LPs.
  • Optimize campaigns toward quality users based on
    post-install events

, cohorts, and long-term value metrics.
- Monitor daily performance and intervene immediately when campaigns underperform.

Data & Analytics

  • Build and analyze cohort reports, funnel breakdowns, and retention/monetization quality of acquired users.
  • Own acquisition dashboards in Mixpanel/BI tools and constantly refine measurement accuracy.
  • Use data to challenge assumptions, validate hypotheses, and uncover new growth levers.

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the
    Creative team

to brief ideas, diagnose failures, and iterate rapidly.
- Align with
Product, Monetization, and Economy

teams on funnel optimizations and event tracking requirements.
- Work with
Marketing Ops

to ensure proper attribution, tracking, tagging, and pixel setups.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of performance trends, platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and competitor strategies.
  • Bring forward new channel opportunities, creative trends, and geo expansion ideas.

Who You Are

  • Data-native

: you think in cohorts, funnels, and ROAS. Vanity metrics don't move you.
- Hands-on expert

with at least
3–5 years of experience

in mobile user acquisition  - ideally in
mobile gaming, fantasy sports, fintech/trading, or social casino

.
- Platform power-user

: you know Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google UAC like an insider.
- Experimentation junkie

: you love testing new angles, new audiences, new creatives, new hooks.
- Financially sharp

: you understand unit economics and can defend a budget plan with confidence.
- Operationally ruthless

: you scale winners fast and kill losers even faster.
- Collaborative communicator

: you translate data into clear feedback for designers, PMs, and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in performance marketing (gaming/fintech strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record scaling profitable campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google UAC.
  • Strong analytical skills  - Excel/Sheets mastery, cohort analysis, LTV modeling.
  • Experience working with MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer), attribution setups, and event mapping.
  • Understanding of mobile funnels: impressions → clicks → installs → onboarding → activation → monetization.
  • Comfortable owning large budgets and driving predictable performance.
  • Passion for gaming, competition, and the psychology behind player behavior.
